Invatia Research is a technology-based company dedicated to research, production, and the commercialization of high quality extra virgin olive oil, originating from Galicia. Based in Ourense and Santiago de Compostela, our aim is to reintroduce the native variety which had disappeared from Galicia, optimising its environmental and bioclimatic adaptation.
Invatia is dedicated to the future of the native Galician olive and continues working on several different lines of research to better understand and develop the variety. These projects have made Invatia one of the leading private initiatives researching olive oil in Spain today.
The team comprises of professionals, educated and experienced in the fields of Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, and Chemical Engineering.
