Aroma A fragrant aroma of great intensity with notes of fresh cut grass, wild flowers and ripe vine tomatoes. Secondary flavours of ripe banana, apple compote and sweet pistachio
Flavour A deep, smooth and fresh palate with hints of almond and ripe olives followed by a pleasant, slightly bitter and spicy aftertaste. Harmonious, balanced and elegant.
